I'm really hoping the hurricane doesn't disrupt this weekend!
Sounds great ! I'm pumped !

Pride apparently it weakened just before hitting the coast 72 miles away from New Orleans and oil dropped $4. 1 person died so far. Let's hope the trend continues (without more deaths).
No... There is a tropical storm off the Atlantic Coast that is supposed to head up into NC/Virginia late this week (possibly hitting friday-sunday)
That's the one I'm worried about!

No longer a tropical storm. It's Hurricane Hannah now. At least Hurricane Hannah has a nice ring to it. Hurricane Gustav is awkward even to say. I'm glad it's not one for he history books.Originally Posted by Pride

Sounds like perfect weather for Lynch.

Hannah is supposed to be following me up the East Coast Supposed to hit here Saturday AM (I'll already be in NY) and then continue up to NY for Sunday, dumping lots of rain.
http://www.weather.com/newscenter/hurricanecentral/update/index.html?from=hp_newsThough Gustav is still on people's minds, coastal residents of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina should all monitor the track and development of Hurricane Hanna. By Friday, it may be nearing the Southeast U.S. coast. Residents in the Northeastern U.S. should also pay close attention because of the potential for heavy rain coming from Hanna late in the week or during the weekend.
Projected Path:
Here's hoping to it blowing out to sea before hit hits NY state!
