I'm guessing he will ... San Diego has a very strong offense, and a fresh DT may be helpful.

It depends.

If Schobel is out, Johnson and Bryan will play snaps at DE and we'll need McCargo as the extra tackle.

If Schobel is healthy, there's a good chance McCargo won't even dress and Johnson and Bryan will relieve Stroud and Williams.

Personally, I'd love to see him come in and have 5 tackles, a sack and a FF just to stick it to Indy, but I highly doubt that will happen.
