Wrong... He signed his contract at 21, once he plays 80 games, which he has done, he's eligible for waivers, which is why he hasn't been sent down. He'd be snatched up in a heartbeat by somebody.Originally posted by camelcowboy

Stafford has struggled all season. I really can't believe anyone would suggest playing Stafford over Hecht because Hecht had one bad game in his first game back from an injury.
If LW was the coach, our top line would be Kaleta/Stafford/Vanek. There's a good 35 goals a year!Comment

I would prefer to see Stafford back on the 4th line with Kaleta and Mair, like was done last spring. They hit, they blocked shots, and they scored. It was an all out smack line, and exciting as hell to watch.
