the the NFL network games work are for the national audience they can only be seen by NFLN

where as the two teams that play it will be their respective local station (cbs/fox) for the viewing markets only (in this case boston and nyc)

All of NE should get NE games. They aren't the "Boston" Patriots anymore. That sucks for them, but we have NFLN so my boy is happy.
