Yes and yes.
If he is, there is an O-line line he needs to get into
the last of the great bastion of Bills players........this team won't have many more of him in the future of this franchise, my friends.
No to Hall.
Yes to Wall.

Easy Yes to the wall, and I said Yes to the hall. One of best at his position for years. It will be a tougher sell for him but I could see him getting in.
COMING SOON...

Same goes for other OL like Kuchenberg.
Had he played a greater part of his career in Buffalo, I would say yes to the wall, but I'm going to say no. There are better O-linemen out there who have yet to be entered into the Hall of Fame.
I remember asking why he was voted into the pro-bowl the last bunch of times because he was inconsistent and committed several penalties. He was Mr. False Start the last couple of years in Buffalo.
Neither
He played most of his career here.Originally Posted by andyxc71

No to both
Well then why isn't Will Wolford or Howard Ballard on the wall then? The wall is reserved for greats and while Brown was an excellent player he was not a great nor was he a dominate force. This is just a silly question.Originally Posted by Bmax

Not a chance he makes the Hall.
But he should make the wall someday.. Wasnt he like a 9 time pro bowler? Not to mention he's been one of the most continous workers in community things for buffalo. One of the franchise's all time good guys.
I heard if you say "There's no player like Ruben Brown" while clicking your heels 3x, you'll automatically be put on the PB roster.
I always thought Ruben was good, but not great, as a player, and was a little overrated during his time here. Great guy and great leader, however.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
Mis-worded...... I meant more than he did. I understand it was still a long time compared to the average tenure these days. My biggest beef, I guess, is how he was definitely overrated those last few pro-bowl trips. I wouldn't be upset if he was named to the wall, but is he as worthy as the other names up there? He wouldn't quite fit in.Originally Posted by Dr.Lecter
