Bombshells To Entertain Troops At Fort Hood
Four members of the Buffalo Bombshells, the cheerleading/dance team for the Buffalo Destroyers, will travel to Fort Hood, Texas on Friday to visit troops at the largest active duty armed post in the United States Armed Services.
Bombshells Korinne, Lori, Michelle and Tiffany will leave Buffalo Friday, May 16 and return from Fort Hood Sunday, May 18. This is the first of two visits by the Bombshells. Later this year, 15 members of the Bombshells will go back to Fort Hood to perform a USO show which will featuring singing, dancing and skits.
The weekend begins with a lunch with the soldiers on Friday. After lunch, they will visit soldiers in their various work areas, before getting a tour of the Apache and Blackhawk helicopters on site. The day will finish with a visit to the Officer Club.
On Saturday, the Bombshells will visit soldiers at local fire stations and hospitals. In the afternoon, an autograph session is scheduled at the Clear Creek PX. The girls will have time to shop and after dinner will take part in a laser bowling outing at Phantom Lanes....
