Rumors are circulating that Buffalo will release a white throwback for the NE game but it's a one time deal modeled after...

Fact #13 -As part of the NFL’s 75th Anniversary Celebration in 1994, each team wore a ‘throwbacks” uniform for at least one game. The Bills wore a uniform modeled after the team’s 1964-65 version. The most distinguishing features of the throwbacks uniforms included a white standing buffalo against the red helmet and red, white, and blue striped socks. The Bills wore these uniforms for two games - a 15-7 road win at Houston (white jerseys) on 9/19/94 and a 27-20 home victory over Denver (blue jerseys) on Monday night, 9/26/94.

The Bills revealed in their training camp press release that on their night practice at training camp on July 30, they will lauch the official Bills jersey commemorating the 50th anniversary of the AFL. They already have a blue throwback for sale. They play a road game at Tennessee in which they will wear a throwback jersey. So expect them to be unveiling a white 1960s era jersey at that night practice at St. John Fisher.

First and foremost, I love this and think the new white uni will be awesome.

However, does a uni a playoff team make? I think not.

why the hell doesnt the bills just switch to the throw backs permanently? the jerseys we have now are putrid. everyone loves the throw backs. its another way to create revenue. it all makes sense. why the hell not do it?

yeah i can see liking the helmets. id rather have the early 90s unis and helmets over the current ones. basically anthing we had in the past over these

The current throwbacks are beautiful. Maybe the best uni's in the league. I can't wait to see the white ones.

I have been waiting for the white throwbacks to come out since the blue ones came out. I am pretty excited about these, I hope they go on sale!

I love the current uni's compared to the 90's, I think the all blue is sweet. That said, I would kill for us to swith to the throwbacks premenatly.

I guess I'm in the minority. I love our current unis!! But then again, blue is my favorite color.

The current blues are acceptable (that picture of Lynch above... blue on blue), but the current whites are awful. That blue block on the top is just pointless. I'd be OK with them if they just made the whole thing white and ditched the block. As for the helmets, either works for me. I know a standing Buffalo doesn't strike fear, but there's just something classic about that look.
