    Joe Pawelek

    From WalterFootball.com:
    Joe Pawelek, Baylor
    Height: 6-3. Weight: 238.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.70.
    Projected Round (2010): 5-6.

2/19/09: Baylor was competitive in 2008 for a number of reasons, one of which was Joe Pawelek. The All-Big XII first-teamer totaled 128 tackles, six TFL, seven passes broken up and an amazing six interceptions.

5/11/08: Joe Pawelek managed 99 tackles, eight tackles for loss and two sacks. He needs to improve his 40 to sneak into the first few rounds.

2007: I guess when you're playing for Baylor, it's easy to get on the field. Or maybe Joe Pawelek is just that good; as a freshman, Pawelek recorded 86 tackles. As a sophomore, he was named a team captain.

    Comments:
11/14/09- vs Tex- Has decent speed. Has a lean build but has the frame to add muscle. A bit tentative. Does a decent job against the pass. Reads the QB's eyes and breaks quickly. Not flashy in any area really. Not that athletic. Lack of strength took him completely out of the long Newton TD run; he was dominated on a block.
