2/16/09: A major defensive force for the 2008 national champions. Stevenson Sylvester, an All-Mountain West second-teamer, notched 73 tackles, eight TFL, 3.5 sacks and four passes broken up.
8/2/08: Stevenson Sylvester started eight games, and recorded 86 tackles, nine tackles for loss and five pass break-ups, earning himself an All-Mountain West honorable mention. Sylvester also started three games as a freshman.
Comments:
11/14/09- vs. TCU- Thin build. Not that muscular. Has good quicks. Average ability to read the offense. Seems to look a bit clueless at times. Easily pushed around, just isnt very strong.
