3/13/09: Though his name may lead people to believe that he's some artist, Van Eskridge totaled 97 tackles, four interceptions (one for a touchdown) and three passes broken up. He was a member of the All-Conference USA First Team.
8/6/08: Though Van Eskridge has been a good contributor at East Carolina (12 starts, 55 tackles), he may have trouble finding a spot in the NFL. He's not tall or quick enough to be a free safety, while his size and tackling ability limits his strong safety prospects.
