Well I think we have made it well known on here why it should be Dick Jauron. He is a lifetime loser, except for one season. He is lifeless and easy going which transfer to the players. Pretty simple choice for our first poll IMO.

So, while we are day dreaming, I figure with no coach, and no GM we could get one of those top guys, the guys that command some GM duties. Cowher, maybe.
As much as I dislike Dick, I can't stand me some Fewell and his cushion defense.
I would get rid of Dick Jauron first. He coaches scared and coaches not to lose, which ends up happening anyways. I want a coach that is going to coach to win and have that killer instinct! Go for the throat if you have to! We need that desperately if we want to get back to the playoffs again.

Draft a franchise QB that X-Era would be proud to put in his user name for the next 13 years.

I'll vote for Jeff Littman because no one has ever bitched about him here before that I can remember. I don't know who he is but he is clearly this franchise's biggest problem.
Jauron hands down. I truly don't see much wrong doing with Ralph. He has kept this team in Buffalo for all these years AND does dish out big contracts to free agents. He brought in T.O. for chrissakes!!! The problem is the coaching staff. That blame goes to MARV LEVY. He is the one who wanted Dick to coach this team. Of course, Ralph approved it because Marv is his guy.
The only thing I really think that can be held agst the old man is that he let Polian go, and hasn't found a good HC replacement since Marv. Dick Jauron has had ONE year of winning football in his CAREER. Jauron is a joke as a HC and this team will not get better until they bring in a big name head coach with a proven track record and post-season and/or SB experience.
Jauron gets my vote.
