I initially thought it might have been a dirty hit with Kaleta jumping into him, but after seeing it multiple times, he clearly never left his feet until the force from the hit made him do so.

there's more to this, Kaleta was aiming for Prucha since late last season when the Sabres played the NY Rangers at Madison Square Garden. It was Avery's first game back as a Ranger as he was playing with Hartford in the AHL the Rangers called Avery up on trade deadline day. Anyways Kaleta put a check on Avery that sent him down to the ice and Prucha didn't like it and he jumped Kaleta. After the game at Madison Square Garden "Prucha said in his press conference that Kaleta's hit on Avery was dirty and that he should be tossed out of the NHL".

              Justice served!

If Kaleta is so dirty like all non-Sabre fans say, why hasn't he been suspended EVER?
