I would look at every majorly needed position and cut everyone there. Cut all QBs, all OLBs, cut all LTs. Start everything from scratch and improve from there.

unfortunately for those with guaranteed money you can't just CUT per se, if that was the case, everyone who was lackluster would just be let go....

with that being said, all head coaches, assistants etc. look at their roster and figure out what pieces they need to make a lombardi trophy run... its up to them as well as the front office to make those moves.......

Yeah, he shouldn't look at any film, evaluate each individual player on his own merits, interview them, or look at them in minicamp or OTAs.
