It's all coach/GM talk. Nix is saying all the right things. Dont' read into it as much.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if the starting 5 for the O Line are already on the roster... Bell, Wood, Hangartner, Levitre, Green. And it may have more to do with the top 3 OTs being off the board at #9 than anything. I have doubts about a round 2 or later OT starting from day one. It's going to take a bit of time to get this line where it needs to be.

i think if okung and buluga aren't there, the bills are more likely to trade to a lower 1st round pick and get another tackle...they just don't want a different tackle at 9.

It might be gm speak but I agree with the comment. Bell was extremely raw last year and he can learn to eliminate his penalties with the help of good coaching. You can see he's a very athletic guy.
