    Easley getting deep

    By Chris Brown - Posted June 4, 2010 – 11:05 am
Bills 4th round pick Marcus Easley has a reputation of having deceptive speed, and he’s been demonstrating that in practice here Friday.
Easley got by his cover man for a deep touchdown, his second in two days. He had another a short time later, but couldn’t quite run down the pass.

Poz trying to add a few

    By Chris Brown - Posted June 4, 2010 – 11:25 am
Paul Posluszny looks very fit and maybe even a bit quicker on the field during the first couple of weeks of spring practices. But in no way is Poz any lighter. In fact he’s trying to take his weight in the other direction.
“I’m right around the 240 mark right now,” said Posluszny. “If I could be at 242 that would be better.”
Poz played last year at 238 pounds. In the 3-4 system with less ground to cover having a fellow backer on the inside with him, Posluszny wants to add a little more lean muscle mass.
“It’ s all about being bigger, faster and stronger, so I’d like to gain two or three pounds here,” he said.

Gailey hints at QB pecking order

    By Chris Brown - Posted June 4, 2010 – 2:08 pm
Bills head coach Chan Gailey, appearing on the Bills flagship station 97 Rock, hinted at when there might be a quarterback pecking order in place.
Gailey gave the following response when asked how and when he intends to have some semblance of a quarterback depth chart.
“It’ll be a while,” said Gailey. “We’re trying to give the three guys that were here last year an equal opportunity to win the job, or at least give us somewhat of a pecking order going into training camp. And they’ll do that (for us) in OTAs and in the minicamps most through the month of June.
“If we can come up with some idea of who has the best feel for the position and what we’re trying to get done… now you always try to adapt to what the players do best. So we’ll adjust to whoever has the best feel for the game and can make the most plays on the football field.”

Lynch at One Bills Drive this week
The Bills have confirmed that RB Marshawn Lynch was at One Bills Drive earlier this week.
The team verified that Lynch was at the team's training facility on Wednesday and Thursday and worked out in the team's weight room.
Bills safety Donte Whitner was the first to mention that he spotted Lynch at the team’s facility on Wednesday, but isn’t sure when he might see him out on the practice field.
“I don’t know when to expect to see him,” Whitner said. “I saw him two days ago. Other than that I really haven’t seen him.”

Mini Camp starts without Lynch and Schobel

The Bills started their three day mini camp with only a few missing. Players are tweeting that Marshawn Lynch is in the building, but he still hasn't gone on the practice field.

The team goes through five practices this weekend as this is the extra mini camp allowed by the NFL for teams with new coaches. Paul Posluszny likes all the work since he's moving to a 3-4 defense.
