    Foligno continuing growth

This is an older article I just read and didn't see it posted. If it was already posted please merge or delete. I really think Foligno could be a real nice 3rd or 4th line player for the Sabres. I just hope he continues to work on his goal scoring as well as his physical presence.

    Marcus Foligno keeps getting bigger.

Selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the fourth round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft (104th overall), the 19-year-old forward stood at a healthy 6-foot-2, 200 pounds.

A year later, skating with more power at the Sabres Development Camp, Foligno has added nearly two inches in height and more than 15 pounds in weight to his frame.

We have a ton of 3rd and 4th liners. What we need are true scorers.

but if he plays with heart like his dad, his third line presense would be appreciated.

but you are right, we need a dominant 2 way top 6 forward more than 3rd and 4th liners.

You are right but he was drafted for his scoring touch.
