    11/27/2010- vs. LSU

    1st Qtr:

    14:24- Plenty quick
14:08- Nice job mirroring but took a poor angle and would have missed the tackle if the RB didn't fall down
13:22- Flies into the backfield for the sack on a botched snap
1:07- Poor angle let the RB cut back through him. Trouble getting off the block
0:00- Needs to wrap a bit better

    2nd Qtr:
7:40- A bit too willing to wait for the play to come to him

    3rd Qtr:
    4:05- Nice open field tackle

    4th Qtr:

    14:37- Trouble shaking the block
12:01- Taken out of yet another play with a block
11:43- Hasn't been around the ball as much as you would like
8:51- Big players play big in big games and he is just going through the motions as a non-factor
8:06- Tries to come up and make the tackle but doesn't fully wrap up
6:45- Nice job mirroring and then making the tackle to prevent the TD

Kelvin Sheppard was fairly pedestrian in this game. He was too quiet, and appeared to just go through the motions as the game wore on. You want your ILB to be flying all over the field and laying hits. Instead Sheppard was either being blocked out of plays or was allowing others to get the tackles. He has the speed and size but his production was pretty questionable.
