i really hate favre. i don't even think he's that great of a QB to be pulling this stunt. he's a winner, that's for sure. but it's not like he's mr. calm in the pocket and destroys teams. maybe i'm just saying this because i don't like the shenanigans.

If Favre really said this the Vik's should just say ok, this is it. Then distance themselves from him and move on.

i hope he does come back with all the hoopla that he likes and that he gets injured in the first game and loses his precious starting streak. it's the only way this madness is going to stop.
The NFL should intervene at some point. i realize they make money off this with the coverage, etc. but it's just so sickening.

seems like packer fans are slamming vikings fans with a lot of, "we told you so's"
and a lot of viking fans are saying, "damn it. we knew this would happen, but we just chose to ignore it."
Tavaris Jackson will light it up out in Minnesota, I'll stick by my guns on that one. With teams not fearing Favre, he'll be able to drop 'em deep behind those 8 man fronts. The Vikings lost a step, but more of a babystep IMO.
