That's the fastest 40 time at Georgia... ever. That would include Deion Sanders. At 5-11 and 177, her could he may need to add some bulk to have an NFL frame. But even if he loses a little speed, hes likely to still be blazing fast. He was suspended in 09 for an arrest for driving without a license. Cuff has only one career start so far but is reportedly one of the most improved players at UGA so far this year.
