Just to stir things up around here...especially considering Schefter's recent report about Leinart/Bills.

According to the Washington Post, John Beck's recent two-year extension is essentially a paycut for the 2010 season.

Adam Schefter's original "extension" report must have come from Beck's agent, while the Post is apparently receiving its news from a team source. Beck will now receive $600,000 in 2010 instead of the $1.1 million he was owed. He may never see that extension money.
Schefter's information coming from the agents makes sense.
