The real embarrassing thing is that during Sabres games against the Toronto Maple Leafs the Sabres fans are largely outnumbered in their home arena. Heck I've even heard Montreal Canadiens fans singing in Buffalo
    1. Canadians are insane. I don't think that is a slight on Buffalo fans, more of a prop to the Canadian hockey fans that are more willing to spend a lot of money and make the trip.

    2. At least the arena/stadium is typically full. I wonder what the ratio was for the last Bills/Fins game, for those who actually attended.

I think the argument for Miami being a good sports town went out the window with the Heat coming up with "Fan Up."

    Re: Hey Miami

Buffalo fans are too dumb to understand that not many Fin fans go to the games when they aren't good. Football is the a part of the entertainment business. Are most Dolphin fans fair weather as far as attending games? Yes. No need for the wasted time and hassel when they're product sucks on the field.

The real stupid fan bases are the ones that continue to sell out (Thats not Buffalo) although Buffalo fans are stupid, but the real stupid fans sell out year after year when they're team blows. Thus not forcing the organization to field a winner.

So yes, the Miami fans are generally fair weather, and fickle, because they demand a winning product, or they'll find something more enjoyable to do/spend money on. You got us. Sorry you don't have those options up there in Canaduh, I mean Buffalo.

And by the way, this is some of the oldest and ****tiest disses for Miami fans. If Miami fans gave a **** what you thought dont you think they'd start filling the seats even when they're bad? No, cause they don't care what you think, they care about keeping money in their wallets for something useful. Sadly to say the Fins are about as useless as the Bills right now.

So what is the excuse for "Fan Up?" Aren't the Heat a winning team?

Also, if Miami fans didn't give a **** what we though, you wouldn't have come into the thread to run your yapper. You obviously care.

    Re: Hey Miami

The problem I have with DEfinsE's argument is that he makes it sound like Miami fans do it on purpose to try and field a better team. Like they're staying home just because they're determined to send a message to the owner that they want results. Except we all know it's because they simply don't care. Does it send a message to the owner? Possibly, but it's a side effect of the fair-weatherness of the fans, not because they're smart enough to know they need to quit going in order to get a better team.

Seems like someone's just making desperate excuses for apathetic fans.

Agreed...and it is widely known througout the NFL that Miami has some of the worst fans...no question.
