        With the uncertainty of the CBA it is way too early to try and guess on this.

        As of now Troy Smith would not be a UFA.

          i think they are going to grant ufa to all 4 year players except for 1st round picks they can sign for 5 or 6 years i believe...

          at least thats what i read...

                          The draft looks poor at TE. I'd go after one of the top guys available in FA. I'd also make a play for Soliai. But that would be about it, outside of maybe a RT.
