Bills are at Delaware today.
Anybody besides Devlin worth mentioning coming out of Delaware? Also, any idea how we feel about Devlin?Originally Posted by DraftBoy
Just curious, do you know how many other teams are there?Originally Posted by DraftBoy

I think you have to like a lot of what Devlin brings in terms of intagibles, and his system was never going to reproduce large numbers because its based on quick hitting passes.
Devlin manages the game well, makes smart decisions but needs to trust his arm more and make throws down the field.

Maybe he doesn't trust his arm because he doesn't have confidence in it to make the throws downfield ?Originally Posted by DraftBoy
Not true, he's shown on tape he has plenty of arm and Ive spoken to scouts who have seen him in warmups easily toss the ball 40-50 yards on a rope.Originally Posted by k-oneputt
Ok, I'll take your word on it. We'll see.
I promise you on this. Its not a lack of arm strength its a mental thing with him.Originally Posted by k-oneputt
Sucks to be Devlin right now if true.Delaware QB Pat Devlin reportedly had a miserable Pro Day Tuesday, so bad it could cost him a spot in the draft altogether.
Devlin has strung together one of the worst offseasons of any draft-eligible quarterback, completing 2-of-7 passes for 22 yards and a pick in January's East-West Shrine Game before Tuesday's display. The Penn State transfer showed up 30 minutes late to his Pro Day, and his passing drills were littered with under- and over-throws. FCS scouting guru Josh Buchanan believes Devlin may off draft boards after the brutal performance. Mar. 15 - 4:41 pm et

This is the blurb from the source article:Originally Posted by Bangarang

He had a bad day though as he worked out over 30 minutes late which caused two teams to leave early. He overthrew or underthrew so many passes causing his coaches and teammates to express concern that he does not throw this poorly normally. He had too much air on flag routes and Devlin himself even expressed disappointment. This performance has likely put him on the bubble to even get drafted.
