How so? Did you read the article? Flying in any former player? Handing out game worn jerseys to season ticket holders? Two hour party before the game?
This is a pretty big deal and pretty expensive too.

Honestly, at first the announcement wasn't "Holy Crap" inducing, but reading the details makes me more excited.
Not just the usual guys like Gil, Rene, Rob Ray, Robitaille, and others who are always around for Sabres events.
I wanna see Dom, Mogilny, Andreychuk, Barnaby, Holzinger, Audette, Ward, McKee, May, and other guys from the 90s I grew up watching.
Those were MY days.
I thought it was "Holy crap" worthy....
Hasek signing, of course, would have been a mixture of HOLY CRAP and why??

EVERY alumni makes this a Holy Crap event. That's crazy. I bet we'll be signing some free agents this off season.
