Just an idea on sending pics...
On the two I won, I send Bedard 2 pics each (So, 2 of Hope Solo and 2 of Jamie Chung) that I liked. That way, if there was an issue with one, he had another ready to go, insetad of having to just pick one on his own.
Dunno how much it helped Bedard, but I have to think it was easier than not being able to use a pic, picking hs own, then being asked to change it up.
Just a future thought.
