Paul Hamilton was ripping Brooks this morning and basically called him totally unreliable. That he will constantly twist the story so he can claim he was right. Kinda like Eklund

The concept seems logical. If Richards came into this leaning NYR... which we all know makes sense, why not go back to them at the end of the day and ask for them to beat the best offer?
To me, the Sabres best shot is to make the biggest offer which I also think is likely. With the biggest money on the table and everything we have to offer, I think it's down to us and the Rangers.
For the record, I dont ever want to hear anybody else tell me Twitter is stupid or pointless. Look at what it has done for us today alone.

People blaming twitter for fake accounts is like blaming guns for killing. If people didn't retweet and give credence to fake accounts that have hardly any followers nobody would see the stupid incorrect info.
Mike Harrington bit hard and all of his followers did too. But he is ultimately at fault.
that's the problem- there is no vetting on twitter. That's why I rely on the FA trackers from legitimate sports sites that at least have some semblance of journalistic integrity.
Twitter is part of the reason why we have this mentality that being first is more important than being correct.
