Last season was the only season over the dozen seasons he's played he didn't play 70 games. Yes he hasn't been the scoring machine he was in Buffalo but if we bring him in to be a 3rd line Center to replace Neidermyer and offset the "leadership" that Greir had it just makes sense. Of course it's going to be a matter of money.

I think Drury is a washed up, injury prone 35 year old who has little value. I would not give up a roster spot that could be occupied by a young and developing player to bring back a guy whose career is all but over.
