No, I wont put Stratton on the hook if the highest bidder bails. He will certainly have the first chance at her but he doesnt have to take it. He didnt know she was going to fall back into his lap when he bid today.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
    It was all
true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can
mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

Just seems to me that that could become a trend, where someone sees they overpaid dramatically, so they just drop it on the next guy in line... People could bid insane amounts with really no consequence if they win and ditch...

Just something to think about, before anyone gets the idea... Not saying Stewie is planning on doing that, just happens to be the first time the winner hasn't paid in a relatively quick matter, that I know of.

Hasnt been an real issue yet, so I see no reason to worry.

I agree and don't think this will be an issue... But, might be a good idea to get something in place, just so nobody tries to use it as a loophole, just like rules were made for Free Agents.
