I just spent a good part of the past hour trying to get onto the site... I've noticed it has lagged from time to time in the past as well. The question is: What happens if the site is down, meaning people can't put bids in? Might wanna think of an alternate way to submit bids, just in case we can't get on the site to place a bid, for some reason.

I think if any problems occur, the flash auction should be immediately suspended til a later time/date - or extended for a longer period of time once the site comes back.
If it ever becomes a major issue... I'll ensure it's fair.

We have a team of big chested hot chicks working on the server right now. I think they spilled some baby oil on during the last oil wrestling fight causing the outages.
If you drop a slippery nipple into the servers you can expect some serious down time.
My source said it was Lecter and clump, and no chicks were present.

If the site is down, we should get our bids notarized then submit mail them to king.
If the zone goes down, a petition is now required to be submitted that has the signatures of all of the effected zoners to prove that a bid was attempted and has been verified for personnel that said outage did not effect.
