-BillThere will be a Free Agent buy back auction, if you can not find a buyer for your card, the dealer (me) will buy the card back at 1/3 the face value. The cards value will be reset and listed for a 24 hour public auction. The highest bidder gets the card at the new face value. The seller will be in-eligible for the next two days of auctions and will face a permanent cap penalty of 10,000.
