I'm also curious... I think the last I heard he was appealing his suspension (which means that he's still allowed to play during the appeal if I'm not mistaken).

ya but i believe he appealed it but does it delay it this week......i havent heard/seen an answer...not a huge deal but just curious they heard his appeal already

I just saw on ESPN that he was in New York today for the appeal... I'd imagine we'll know his status soon.

I heard on espn that his appeal won't be heard until next week. I was wondering about this also, but right now I'm under the assumption that he will begin serving his suspension this week, but the appeal is to reduce it to 1 or 2 games.

I'm pretty sure he can play until they reach a decision on his appeal... so if it's getting heard next week I'm fairly certain he'll be eligible to play Sunday...

I think he misses this game for sure and maybe after the appeal it gets reduced to 1 or 2 games instead of 3.

Rotoworld reported that the decision on Benson's appeal may not come until next week.

Honestly...Bernard Scott is at least as talented as Benson. I think Benson's an average at best runner, and I have no problem with him playing.
