Much better response by the team. Tootoo is a repeat offender and general scum-bag. He jumps toward the goalie. Shanny better get this one right. I guess its not a Boston player so he may throw him a game or too.
I was very pleased with the Sabres game play tonight - seemed like having Ryan back motivated them. Lots of fights/scrums that showed they wouldn't be pushed around. Good stuff.
This lowly cart.... it hits harder and has a higher yards
per play average than the Bills' offense!

Except they got dominated every where except on the score board...I think they are lucky to win this one. 34-14 shots on goal.
Box score for the Buffalo Sabres vs. Nashville Predators NHL game from December 3, 2011 on ESPN. Includes all goals, assists and penalty minutes stats.
Predators dominated everywhere, except on the scoreboard. They had more shots on goal, twice as many takeaways, and won 13 more faceoffs than the Sabres.
The only reason the Sabres won this game..... Ryan Miller played out of his mind in his first game back. On a good night, Miller is better than Enroth, and Miller had a good night.
Again, this harkens back to issues the Sabres have suffered for years. They seem to build teams that depend on the goalie, rather than the offense, to win games. Should be more balanced that that.
Is it fair to say that Lindy Ruff historically coaches soft, and builds a soft team that isn't aggressive and depends on having the best goalie?

we need a #1 center... and lose the dead weight we signed....
also NHL Network pointed out:
Detroit's PP, 1 player is always moving around the zone during possession.
Buffalo's PP, All 5 guys stand still and pass it around.
