The difference between this organization & the Bills is this team WILL try and make some moves to eliminate a bad situation and right the ship.

No one should be safe from a trade. Too many floaters on this team with no heart.

I think the problem with this team is that (for now) Pegula and Black are in love with Darcy and Lindy. So Darcy and Lindy have carte blanche and they are in love with Roy, Pominville, Stafford, Guastad, Miller, Gerber and Ennis. I would have put Vanek in there but he is proving to be top echleon player this year. (of course he could go cold) You just can't win a Stanley Cup with that core of softee's especially when they actually do get a chance to score, they miss at the most inopportune time.

i think both ruff and darcy are definitely on the hot seat, but nothing will be done in regards to them until the off season. Yes the new ownership group loves them, but they are also very good buisness men, and undoubtibly know that loyalty can only get in the way of being sucessful. I believe if this team doesnt make it out of the 1st round of the playoffs this year, Lindy is gone. Darcy gets a longer leash
