All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

It's not like this happens all the time, I post them when I think of them.
Yeah, it's not a problem, I was just making the point that when he said that anyone could jump on at the end of the auction that was a bit unrealistic at times.

True, but, at the same time, 10-11 PM isn't too late. I rarely go to bed before those hours.
Had I been in your shoes and saw the auction at 10 or 11 and it mattered enough to me, I would have tried to:
A: Bid a price that wouldn't be topped
B: Adjust my schedule to be able to be on near the end of the auction, so that I could place a bid.
I'm not saying it's not a slight disadvantage, I just don't see how he can label me as "selfish" in the given situation is all.
Also, how am I the one being selfish, because you weren't on during the time frame? I didn't set the limits on when the auction ran. I simply put a bid in during the time frame.
It wouldn't be your fault if I wasn't online when an auction ran, so why is it my fault if you aren't on?
There have been Flash auctions that have lasted much less time, some lasting around an hour. If you're not on during the time the auction runs, tough luck.
Seems to be a lot of *****ing about a card that anyone could have drafted, if they wanted her that badly...

Relax sparkles, no one said it was your fault.
I wouldn't have bid on that can of exploded biscuits anyways.
