Yeah, it's not a problem, I was just making the point that when he said that anyone could jump on at the end of the auction that was a bit unrealistic at times.

No, but you finished last season with zero cards and a $20k cap penalty.

So, in essence, you lost $20k to gain nothing.

I might end up dealing Sweetin sometime during the year but I guarantee I won't take a loss on her. I'll keep her before I lose cash on her.

True, but, at the same time, 10-11 PM isn't too late. I rarely go to bed before those hours.

Had I been in your shoes and saw the auction at 10 or 11 and it mattered enough to me, I would have tried to:

A: Bid a price that wouldn't be topped
B: Adjust my schedule to be able to be on near the end of the auction, so that I could place a bid.

I'm not saying it's not a slight disadvantage, I just don't see how he can label me as "selfish" in the given situation is all.

With her meth history she may be a good pick in the death pool.

You can earn off her that way.

IIRC, she's been clean for a few years now...

I'm thinking one of the Olsen twins would have been a better pick for the death pool at this stage, but I didn't select either, personally.

I thought about putting one of the Olsen twins too, but I forgot which one had all the problems & was too lazy to look it up.

But, I certainly hope you don't manage your real-life finances the same way.

Could have done what they used to do on Full House... "Mary Kate Ashley Olsen."

Take one spot and if either dies, claim victory on a technicality!

Not that big of a difference.

Also, how am I the one being selfish, because you weren't on during the time frame? I didn't set the limits on when the auction ran. I simply put a bid in during the time frame.

It wouldn't be your fault if I wasn't online when an auction ran, so why is it my fault if you aren't on?

There have been Flash auctions that have lasted much less time, some lasting around an hour. If you're not on during the time the auction runs, tough luck.

Seems to be a lot of *****ing about a card that anyone could have drafted, if they wanted her that badly...

                              -Bill
Relax sparkles, no one said it was your fault.

I wouldn't have bid on that can of exploded biscuits anyways.

Dude, it's fine. I don't give a crap when the auctions are posted. I check the BZ once or twice a day and if I catch an auctions, I'll bid.

I just love listening to Blen argue about EVERYTHING. It makes the game 10X better.
