2012 Transactions

Since the "Official Rules and Transactions" Thread is locked (which I assume Bedard does to streamline things in that thread) and seeing that the first trade occurred today, I figured we could use an open thread to discuss trades, sales, etc. My guess is, if everyone knows which players are making which cards available, having a thread to discuss things in will help get deals done quicker than blindly shooting PM's to others.

Personally, I'd be willing to move Sweetin, Mitra and Finch (when the card is done) for the right deals. Not really looking to move them but, if the right deal comes along, I have no real attachments to any of them.

3/7/12 - EricStratton trades Salma Hayak to chernobylwraiths for Imogen Thomas 30K and a card to be named later.

So, Thomas, $30k and another card for Hayek? Chern must have wanted her bad.

My question is, how will the "card to ba named later" work? Can Stratton just pull a card that Chern wins down the road, or is there some sort of rules set for that?

Interesting idea, just wondering how the two of you agreed to hash that part out, when the time comes...

How much for Rhona?

Well, I paid $10k for her (Lottery Ticket) and there are much worse FA's still in the "pool" than Rhona, so, for me to deal her (at least at this stage of the game) I'd probably want a figure in the $30k-35k range...

Obviously, as more auctions happen and (I assume) more Free agents are won (through lotteries or whatnot) the price could certainly change, pending on what (or who) was offered in return.
