All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I was thinking it would be a 3,000 credit per month for all donors. If you pay for the year upfront it will be a credit of 30,000, 50,000 or 100,000 depending on your donor status.
I think the 3k per month is fine, but the 30k and up is wrong, not fair that some people can afford to toss $100 into a game while others can't afford to do that, Whats to say someone does not toss $200 and gets 200,000 zone bux, that part seems a little unfair to me.

That's what I was alluding to with my first post... the divide could get pretty wide pretty quick.
IMO, everyone should get the same amount of "bonus ZB," regardless of how much they donate, as opposed to tiered, with the advantage going to who donates more. On top of that, tracking how much people donate and when they do so could become troublesome, unless Bedard has a way to see who donated and how much they donated.
IMO, it should be a "flat rate" of, say, 30k ZB if you donate to the site. That's not too high of a number to separate the donators from the non-donators and it also doesn't create a wide gap for those who can afford to donate more than others.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
That's more fair, accross the board, IMO... Even a person donating for a year (which I will likely do) will only get $36k... That's not too big of an advantage for non-donators to overcome, but a nice perk for those who do donate.

It might take me a week to get everything up and running over there too.

What if I have already donated and have a few more months left on it?
If you have access to NO TOS now you're already in. Just check out the forum over there for instructions on how to get paid!

I still have Eb address from 5 years ago. I never sent him cash because all the personal attacks I was receiving at the time. Things have calmed down as of late and maybe I'll send it this time.
