Time to sell some ladies or you can add them to a tinyurl site?
Thing is, the url's are only about 60 characters long each. Even if they were 75 characters long each (if you count the [img] [/img] tags) you should be able to fit like 133 cards on the sig, provided that's all you have in there.Originally Posted by The Jokeman
Look at YardRat's sig for chrissakes... He has 9 cards, with numbers under each of them. Yet, he's not getting the message (or at least he hasn't said that he's had an issue).
My guess is, FL has some invisible spaces in his sig that aren't seen in the sig, but count towards the 10k limit. I could be wrong, but that's all I can think of.

Another one to look at is Stratton's sig. He has 9 cards, but has a LOT of text, including his "Try" quote and a list of each of the card's price tags.
If Yardy and Stratton have as big as sigs as hey each do without issue, it's almost gotta be something that we're not seeing in the sig, which is what led me to the "invisible spaces" conclusion.
I'm noticing on FL's sig that he has a space separating the cards. You get the same effect visually if you put one space in between each url as you do if you have 1000 spaces between url's.
My suggestion would be to put the links back to back, having no spaces in between... So:
{IMG}FirstUrl{/IMG}{IMG}SecondURL{/IMG} and so on. Obviously, use [ instead of { and put the actual url's in there. assuming you can get them all on by doing that, you can have the spaces in there by simply putting a spacde in between them after that. So... {IMG}FirstUrl{/IMG} {IMG}SecondURL{/IMG}
my guess is, currently, FL's sig looks something liek this:
{IMG}FirstUrl{/IMG} (20 spaces) {IMG}SecondURL{/IMG} (20 spaces) {IMG}ThirdURL{/IMG}
With the (20 spaces) actually representing hitting the space bar 20 times... which adds towards his character total, but doesn't look any different in HTML.
Hopefully, this all makes sense.

To illustrate a bit better, here's my sig with one space in between each url:
Now, here's the same sig, with 10 spaces between each url:
Notice that there's no visual difference, but there are 45 extra "invisible" spaces in sig #2.
If FL put a big number of spaces in between the cards, he could be over the 10k mark a lot easier.

OK. I'll try this.
Figured it out. I was copying the image, and not the image url. That was making the text a lot longer for some reason. I did it by copying the img url and it worked fine.
dumbass.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?"
"Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet.
You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
What, i didn't know. Thanks for the info, crotch rocket.
Seriously, King. Don't be a dick. lol Some people like *****es, not HTML code. Suck it!
That's quite a stable you've got on your hands...Originally Posted by BLeonard
