Well, Bedard would be the one to ask on the pic changing, as he would be the one that has to redo the card...
In the past, only cards that were sold back and re-auctioned were allowed to have the pic changed. But, we don't sell cards back to Bedard anymore...
Again, obvously, it's Bedard's call, as he's the one doing the work. My guess would be that he's probably not going to really want to do pic changes, for the simple reason that it could lead to people wanting pics changed on a regular basis, which would be a big pain to do.
