    LOL

    They are collapsing.

Sign him to a huge contract, sign a half of a quarterback, then shop Sanchez.

well it really wasn't a huge contract if you look at it.... it was to make it a more cap friendly contract that saved nearly 8 million for this season's cap. his playoff success would be sure to make some team giddy, if they want to accept the media that may or may not follow him.

Not here to be right, just here to have interesting discussions about my impulsive opinions

    Sanchez has won playoff games.

He has a lot of natural ability but looks lost at times. Can't figure if it's the Jets messing him up or he's another Losman with the million dollar arm and 10 cent brain.

    He'll get another shot.

    Re: jets shopping dirty sanchez?

    i wouldn't want sanchez.

the guy was given a great defense and asked to manage a game and when he gets into games where its two QB's dueling it out, i don't think i've ever seen him come out on top of that.

Sanchez strikes me as a poorer version of tony romo. Good enough to be slightly ahead of the curve, but such a poor leader that he'll never get his team to the promised land.

say what you will about fitz, but his team mates have his back. romo and sanchez constantly have people on their side and staunchly against him. Hard to run an offense with that kind of personality ripping the team apart.

a 3rd for Sanchez? you'd have to be smoking something. i think even if he was a free agent, people would kick the tires a little and wonder if it was possible.

Sanchez is easily better than Fitzpatrick, and it's crazy that anyone argues for Fitzpatrick.

As much as I don't want either starting for me, I'd take Tebow over Sanchez.

Please, someone, describe exactly what Fitz has done to show he is better than Sanchez. There is nothing that can be said about numbers, wins and losses, playoffs, anything at all to show Fitz is better than Sanchez.

Sanchez is an ***hole. There's one reason why Fitz is better.

So was Jim Kelly, Dan Marino, and a number of really good QBs, and I am not compating Sanchez to them.

Still, nothing on the field or statistical, or something with results can be shown to prove Fitz is better than Sanchez.

THere are teams in the NFL that Fitz would actually be 3rd string for, he is that bad.

    So by your logic...

    Jason Cambell
    Kyle Orton
    Ryan Mallett
    Jake Locker
    Matt Flynn
    Tarvaris Jackson
    Tim Tebow
    Mark Sanchez
    Shaun Hill

Are all better than Fitzpatrick? You live in a tree.

Jason Cambell, Kyle Orton, Tarvaris Jackson and Shaun Hill all have way better stats and winning percentages then Fitzpatrick, that is not even a debate. Sanchez has been to two AFC Championshipp games. Tebow is Tebow, and he made the playoffs last year, and the other 3 without a doubt I would rather have, it would be dumb not to take Flynn, Locker, or Mallet if all you had to give up was Fitz, they are unproven and have upside that FItz cannot even fathom.
