Come on man today is not a day to be talking about suicide. Seau was a tragic loss to the football worldOriginally Posted by MitchMurrayDowntown
Agreed. That comment is terrible.Originally Posted by SquishDaFish

Some people just have NO CLASSOriginally Posted by elltrain22
off topic.. but i have no sympathy for a guy that has youth (in real life, not football age), looks, money, fame, and everything else going for him.. and decides to off himself.. if there is no foul play involved, the fact that he shot himself in the chest instead of the face just goes to show what a vain POS he was.. if that guy had to deal with real life and the "normal" trails and tribulations that the majority of us have to through every day he would have done this years ago.. dont feel sorry for the guy.. feel sorry for the family he left behind to pick up the pieces.. suicide is the most selfish act you can commit.. im not religious.. but for those of you that are.. suicide means burn in hell basically, right?
ill get off my soap box now.

I agree with you on suicide. But just because these guys makes Millions doesnt mean they dont go through their own life struggles just like you and I and sometimes more. He was no POS. He was a damn good football player and one of the better class acts in the NFL.Originally Posted by Tatonka

But Seau shot himself in the chest so that he can have his brain examined for post football analysis, not because he was vain. He may have been vain in other aspects of life, and a POS, but none of us know what he was really going through...whether it was migraines or whatever. He probably left his family enough money for his grandchildrens' grandchildren.
Where's the groan button this is why it should be brought back.Originally Posted by MitchMurrayDowntown
how do you you know he didnt shoot himself in the head to save his brain for research?
Rumors are it was in his suicide noteOriginally Posted by Tatonka
I thought the rumors were that he didn't leave a note.Originally Posted by SquishDaFish

so thats all that matters.. he left them some money.. not that his selfish act just took a father from his kids.. im pretty sure his kids could care less about the money.Originally Posted by Joe Fo Sho
Nasty Nate is a good guy and a good player...loved him on the Bills. I hope he can catch on somewhere and cash a few more checks.

I like how that's all you got out of my post. Obviously his kids would rather have their father than money, but now he's gone. You grieve, take some time, then move on with your life. His kids will be financially supported better than 99% of the rest of the world ever was. If he was a good father, his kids will understand what happened and be able to get passed his death. These things happen, and there are much worse things happening to people everyday.Originally Posted by Tatonka
This is just an awful thread. Awful, awful thread.
Bye Bye Brady...
well, whether or not he is was a good father remains to be seen.. based on his history of domestic violence, i would question it..Originally Posted by Joe Fo Sho
