Should be enough to do it. Can't say, but it seems the new CBA threw the economic blocks to 3rd rounders. CIN still has yet to sign thir 2nd 3rd, DT Brandon Thompson. My guess is that he - as well as Graham, are dickering about performance $, game starts, and all that. Dunno
