Exclamation Trouble Brewing For the Catholic Church

They are going to take down Pope Benedict. There may be a schism along with that.

I realize this may not be of interest to non-Catholics, but it's historically significant, so I'm starting this in the Supernatural, Prophetic, Apocalyptic and Miraculous Zone.

Even the Catholic world is generally not aware of how close this is.

Pretty sure you predicted a schism about 4 years ago. Pretty sure it never happened.

Oh, and the Catholic Church has been in trouble since, well, there's been a Catholic Church. As soon as the printing pss came out and the Church lost their monopoly on information control, they started losing ground. Now, information flows more freely than ever, which is bad for people like the Church who use misinformation and half-truths to play off the emotions of the ignorant.

Just a reminder: indeed Pope Benedict has been forced out.

The schism is not far away!

Really? You make a million open ended predictions and one of them FINALLY turns out to be right 9 months later, and you're playing the "I told you so!" card?

    Come on.

Catholicism is a dinosaur... they better make damn sure whoever the new pope is has some kind of grasp on reality.

A city that made it through the Big Dig - a construction project that backed up traffic for 16 years. I mean, there are commuters just getting home now."

    Forced out or stepped down?

I guess it's open to whatever interpretation fits the hypothesis.

I said you need to strive to better than everyone else. I didn't say you needed to be better than everyone else. But you gotta try. That's what character is. It's in the try.

No one who has a grasp on reality is allowed to become Pope.

With all due respect, I don't see that I have predicted anything with pertaining to this situation. Where did I say the Pope was going to resign? I'm as surprised as you are at it!

What's interesting is what will come next -- there are factions that want a very liberal modern pope. If this happens, you could end up with an antipope situation and a schism. However, we could also see the conclave last a longer than expected amount of time as the choices initially made go nowhere. Then, through a supernatural intervention, we could see someone be selected who is completely off the radar, an unexpected pope who will be very devoted to the Virgin Mary and will stick with the traditions of the church. If this pope is chosen, I would expect to see the following things: he will consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary (should have been done much earlier, per Fatima, but was not done). He could also declare the Final Marian Dogma: Mary as Mediatrix of All Graces and Co-Redemptrix. AND, he will have a short reign and die in Jerusalem. This would be a prophetic pope, too.

I'm not saying which of the two directions it will go because I don't know.

But I imagine we'll see some exciting signs during the conclave. Last time there was a lot of hoopla for the Pope's death etc., and the conclave was relatively uneventful. This time I think we'll see the opposite, the exit of Pope Benedict did not have a lot of fanfare (relatively speaking), but the conclave should provide a lot of excitement.
