A myriad of factors can keep any player out of the Hall. All you have to do is look at some players that are not in. I scratch my head at the exclusion of Jerry Kramer, Kevin Greene and Charles Haley. While Greene and Haley have more time, they certainly are deserving. Kramer not being in is a travesty.

What was the down and distance for these sacks?
Did their team blitz?
Were the Broncos prepared for the blitz?
Were the corners pressing the receivers?
Were they successful in doing that?
Was the defense playing zone?
Are their teams defensive backs any good?
Was the Broncos O-line healthy?
How long did that play take to develop?
Did the Broncos game plan specifically for the player that got a sack?
Do you see how there are other things involved other than the one stat called a 'sack?'
So how many sacks do these players have over the past 3 years? Why don't you compare that to Mario. Ya know, get a decent sample size because that's how you make a logical determination.
The point Coastal is trying to make is that Mario is overpaid, we all understand what his point is. The reason he's taking so much **** in this thread, is that he's making Mario seem like he's worth NOTHING.
