    Best part of this:

Still, it's on Williams — paid handsomely, mind you — to do what the coaches are asking him to do, no matter how crazy it sounds, to the best of his ability. That's how winning teams operate. The Bills, sadly, will not have a winning season and only have had two since 1999.

    Mario is FOOLS GOLD.

That's right, keep the thread going, honey pie.

The large fonts means it's true, new, and insightful.

When I lock this thread, are you going to pick out another player and get one started for the next three years?

Re: Mario Williams is "Fools Gold"

Mario Williams had one nice play today. Otherwise useless.

He didn't even try on that TD to Decker. It was pathetic.

Manny Lawson goes 100% always. Williams looks for opportunities.

Mario didn't want to tackle today. Nice strip but I also watched him jog on almost every play.

Like him or not but Jerry Hughes always gives 100%. Now if he would just clean up the stupid personal foul penalties he will help this team a lot.

a team doesn't get better by getting rid of 1 of your best D players, as bad as everyone is saying about Mario he is tied for the lead in sacks, he is not the only 1 that his sack totals have gone down, and now we got people saying he is dogging it on most plays. unreal. do doubt you can't pay him 20 million but you try and restructure 1st but because of all the bad talk I wouldn't restucture either, he will end up with N.E or Miami and haunt us in the future.

Firstly, Mario has said he is not interested in redoing his contract. It's not on the table. That's why everybody is reporting that he is getting released. Try to keep up.

Secondly, try watching the games. Today, for instance, he gave no effort on most plays. It was pathetic and should make the man paying him angrier than hell.

Let him go slack off in Indianapolis or somewhere like that. I guarantee you that Robert Kraft isn't gong to pay him the kind of money he wants the way he plays.

The same year we signed Mario "Super Fool's Gold" Williams... Denver signed Peyton.

Two trips to the Super Bowl later, do you think Elway would rather have Mario?
