Obvious question - what browser/version are you on?

So, you can't thank your own posts. Not sure if you're trying to do that or not. Also, have you gone back to any threads that have posts you've thanked and refreshed the page? If your browser doesn't allow javascript then you won't see the thanks recorded right away.

The settings for your profile and for the system itself are all fine, so we need to start on your end to see what's going on there.

There's nothing in his settings or in the forum settings that is wrong. It's something either in his browser settings or it could be a proxy or firewall setting that is preventing thanks from working.
