    Sorry for your loss mace.

Couldn't find a song with all the right words for you but this is a newer (and better) Romeo and Juliet by M. Knopfler. Take care my friend.

Thank's sahlen's, it helped. You know the older I get, the more it amazes me, how much we put off until tomorrow, not figuring the tomorrow's will always affect other peoples tomorrows. I affect them myself, and you get to a point you can't fix all of them because you made too many more. You're either trying ineffictively, or not trying to pay attention on purpose. They're dumb stupid little things, but they can wait because you have other stuff to do. One day, it's too late, move on to something else.

Re: What are you listening to?

I saw a real lot of bands live, and a host of legends. My hands down all time best will always be Leslie West, I never saw such sweet powerful effortless guitar which hauled an audience gloriously into sound like this man. When I saw him live, he never even looked at the guitar, it was all just feel and magnificent. Not remotely debatable to me.

This isn't a statement of his best, it's just Leslie West.

Not too long ago I lost my chance at the Dad of the year award because of this. I charged up my daughters scooter but didnt pump up the tires. It's a real pain the get pump on Schrader valve on a 10 inch wheel. So I didn't even check the pressure. Turned out it was about half-full, so when my daughter hit a crack in the bridge, her tire stuck in the crack and she went flying breaking her wrist. What made it worse was to know the pain that she was in at the hospital as the doctor hung her fingers up from hooks so the weight of her arm could drop and set her bone into place. She doesn't know it was my fault for being careless. But I do.

I find the more I wake up with a purpose the less I put off things.

That's awesome. I was watching it this morning as my daughter walk by while she was getting ready for school. She stopped to ask what is that. I said that it's a music video of a guitar God. She watched for a few moments as Mr. West started dropping the F-bomb. I rolled my eyes and started talking to the video saying just play the damn song. It was a nice bonding moment.

wow I’m sorry to read this Sahlens. I broke my right wrist pretty severely back in mid October
    The bone
cracked and the top shsttered into 5 pieces. I had surgery, 7 screws, a metal plate and a cadaver bone inserted to fix it. I hope your daughter heals quickly and well. I’m hopeful to get my cast off Wednesday then months of physical therapy. I’ve been MIA from the chats quite a while I need to catch up. Don’t keep beating yourself up matey it was an accident nothing more nothing less. **** happens. Chin up dearie

Hi Margarita. Good to hear from you! Sorry about your wrist. That sounds like a horrible break and a tough recovery. Hopefully you'll have no pain and full motion. My daughter is a swimmer so rehab was nothing and it's good as new. Ahh to be young again...

    How's your daughter? Still singing?

Thank you. Yes she had a show yesterday in LA that when posted on YouTube I’ll share. Her producer is very connected her accompanist yesterday was a guy named Brad Ellis and she a guy in attendance was a songwriter named Mike Stoller. quite an accomplished group google their names it’s very cool. Mike stoller is married to corky hale and she was performing for the same event. It was a benefit for an organization called autism works. since my daughter is on the spectrum they love having her participate. It was at a venue called Feinstein’s at Vitello in LA

No problem Margarita. Posting on a phone with a broken wrist...it's just good to hear from you at all! Its nice your daughter is with people who care about her getting up on stage and overcoming her fears. That's better than I can do. Looking forward to that video. Take care.
