The problem isn't people that point out a few flaws in the win that have them worried, it's the dumbasses that throw a **** fit about a few arrant throws by fitz, or a mediocre performance by our secondary. It's the ones that go out of their way to completely trash the team, ignoring the good things that were done.

That is what pushes away good posters. Every thread turns into how bad someone is on our team.

A Williams had a good game in my opinion and made the plays he needed to make. To say he had a bad game on a what If scenario is not exactly the greatest argument I've ever heard.

Say what you want. He got beat deep twice. He "recovered" because the WR had to slow down to get to the ball. We don't get to play Weeden every week. There are 10-12 QB's in the league who would have thrown touchdown passes on both of those plays.

And this isn't the first or only time he's had the same problem.

This is what always happens on this site. Some people can't see the forest from the trees. A win doesn't mean everything is perfect, and those problems have implications for the future. Of course, people would rather dismiss it as "negative nancies" or "complaining about a win" than deal with the fact that the team has issues.

I can't make you acknowledge it now. But Tom Brady can- and most likely will- on Sunday. I don't like it any more than you do, but it is what it is.

If you want to just be a cheerleader when they win and not listen to flaws we have or criticism when they play bad or lose then I can't think of a website that will be good for you. Everyone is happy when we win but you have to look at the total picture and not just a single win. You were probably one of the people who thought we were playoff bound and one of the best teams in the league after the first month of last season too.

How many of those posters would still be here if the Bills were winning and making the playoffs? How will be back when the Bills make the playoffs? (if they are still alive when that happens) Build a winner and those people (at least some) will come back.

Im gonna agree with the OP, the site has gone downhill a bit (since I joined at least) as most of the guys who post on a regular basis now are pretty negative, and they all feed off of one another. I used to be on this site all day at work but now I will pop in once or twice just bc I cant stand reading more than half the posts in here.

Troy has been a valued member of another Bills' site until the owner of that site had a mental malfunction and started banning people for their political ideology or even for nothing at all. So lots of people left and came here. I'm sure Troy would have come a long time ago if he knew of the Zones existence. The other site even has Billszone and BFZ on auto censor.
