I don't know what you're referring to, nor was I being serious. Its always struck me as odd about how fanatical people get over music. Though if I had to guess without having heard any of those songs listed (and if I did I wouldnt know it) I'd just say Jersey. Because well its Jersey.

I've lived in Jersey since 1990 and although I've tried I could never go gaga for Bruce like a lot of the people who grew up here.

I was never 'gaga' over Springsteen either, but my youngest son latched on to his music and I've developed a heightened respect and enjoyment through him...which has been very cool. The live show is tremendous...should be on anybody's bucket list IMO.

I went with my son to the Buffalo show, but my wife and I decided he could bring a friend with him to Rochester instead of one of us, and that worked out well. We went to dinner, and actually 'snuck in' to the arena to hear the last couple of tunes. While we were in the lobby, an older gentlemen and younger lady requested we take a picture of them. Father and daughter...her first Springsteen concert, his 51st.

Agreed. The guy has some talent and definitely some good songs, but he's not what some people make him out to be.
