last rebuild, we were left with nothing. here we at least have a run game, a receiver or two, and an OL. D has some pieces in secondary and L. they need LB's

overall they need a motivator who makes the right calls at the right times. i could see a new GM come in with new coach and turn this around in one year.
But then we get to hear everybody get into the "they want their guys" argument again, and this never stops. I don't believe in half of the stuff that people think is a big deal in this league...it is just a guarantee that many of the same people posting here how much they want somebody's head will be posting that same regurgitated crap the second the first head rolls...and never see the irony.
